How do I return the product to Alouum within 07 days?
Select the item in your order that you want to return from here
Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate.
Kindly print the return logistics label as instructed on the process of return
the return pickup has been arranged via one of our 3rd party logistics partners. Please secure your jewellery in the box in which it is shipped along with the complete packaging and certificate before the pickup person arrives at your doorstep. please hand over the packet with the logistics provider
Please collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup)
Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your alouum account or the same mode in 7-10 working days after a quality check.
